In Studio, select the Download button:

In the popup window, enter a file name and a file type:

If you choose an Image file type, you can then click the Local Drive or Online Drive buttons to download.
If you choose a Video file type, a new browser tab will open. In the new tab, wait for the file processing to complete, then click the Download button.
