How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

You can pause/cancel your subscription for any of your displays at any time and you will not lose access to your account or content. You pause and cancel your subscription the same way.

Step 1
Click on the Account icon, then Business Settings, then Display Settings.

Step 2
Search for the display attached to the subscription you'd like to pause/cancel, then click on it.

Step 3
Click on Display Actions, then Cancel Subscription. And then click confirm.

Step 4
If you cancel the subscription, the confirmation message will be at the bottom of the screen.

Step 5

Once you're ready to use the software again, simply renew the subscription on the device(s) you wish to use by following this guide:
