Step 1
To check if your content is live, first, navigate to the Manage screen.
Step 2
In the Manage screen, there will be a list of your displays on the left.
Hover over them and the display name will pop up.
Ensure the relevant display is online, indicated by a green marker.
If the display's marker is red, the display is offline.
Once you've clicked the relevant display and it is online, ensure the right content is previewing properly in the middle of the screen.
If the content is correct, and the screen is online, the content should be live.
One way to ensure this is to use the screen hardware player's remote control, press the @ button, and choose 1. Restart and reload content.
