If during troubleshooting, your device needed to be factory reset, you will need to connect your device back to your Mandoe account by pairing it.
Here's how to "pair" your display:
Step 1
Login to Mandoe Media, click the Account icon and select Business Settings, then click Display Settings.
Step 2
At the top right, under Display Actions, click Pair existing display
Step 3
Using your remote (or a USB keyboard if you've lost your remote) and enter the activation code into your device's display.
Once you enter the activation code, your device should reconnect to your account on Mandoe's Digital Signage.
